Up to six guests can sleep comfortably in this quiet corner unit — the upper-level master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the guestroom has twin beds, and the family room has a queen hide-a-bed; linens are included.

A full bath and fully-equipped kitchen, along with cable TV and air-conditioning, make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The family room opens onto a shady patio. The master bedroom has a private balcony with beautiful water views overlooking the upscale marina.

The Atlantic Ocean, just behind the townhome, invites you to spend hours on the powdery sands of the crescent-shaped beach. Swim and play in crystal clear, turquoise waters; sit under the palm trees and feel your cares drift away on gentle tropical breezes.

RATE PER NIGHT:- 2 nights minimum stay required; maximum of 6 guests; no smoking; no pets; rate is the same year-round.	-$130.00 * -(U.S. currency)
DEPOSIT:- The deposit is required to secure your reservation and becomes due immediately upon confirmation of rental dates, payable by check or money order. The $250 deposit will be credited toward your total rental fee. Please read our cancellation policy & pre-payment requirements.	-$250.00

Cancel more than 60 days prior to first day of rental period:-	-$250.00 refund
Cancel 30-to-60 days prior to first day of rental period:-	-$100.00 refund
Cancel less than 30 days prior to first day of rental period:-	-NO REFUND
* RENTAL FEE PAYMENT POLICY: Upon receipt of your $250 deposit, the balance of the total rental fee for confirmed dates shall be due & payable not later than 21 calendar days prior to the first day of the rental period. Should a cancellation occur after rental payment has been made, the balance —minus any nonrefundable deposit (per above)— will be returned to the remitter. ONE-TIME CLEANING FEE:- To cover in/out fees & cleaning service kindly leave $85 cash at property manager's onsite office for the maid service (Bahamian or U.S. dollars).	-$85.00
